Construction has begun on 1748 Madison, a modern sustainable home in KC's north end. Totaling approximately 1200 sq feet, this urban infill house will be super eco friendly, with solar panels and re purposed materials. Looking forward to our first design build with Kem Studio & welcoming another great person to the Westside!
