The Holbrook Loft was built out in a modern aesthetic with abundant built in cabinetry to create clean, open spaces. Lueck Loft

A true case of urban pioneering, the Lueck loft was tranformed into a live/work space. The once tire warehouse was completely renovated to house a growing family and business. This project was mixed use and required extensive fire separation to meet current building codes.
