Birdies Panties
Birdies, a local boutique, expanded into the neighboring retail shop to accommodate the addition of a large changing room and add square footage. This custom doorway was created to bring the two spaces together in a unique fashion.

Our offices started with the bare bones of a cold warehouse. It is now the warm home to not only our staff, but the Charlotte Street Foundation as well. We share our office space with this non profit organization and support their involvement in the arts community.

Originally a large printing facility nicknamed "the pink albatross" this 17 thousand + square foot building was transformed back into 10 different commercial spaces that house a creative group of tenants. From offices and retail to a recording studio and gallery, this building was rehabbed to suit almost any need.
