Boutique Hotel Anyone?
There has, in our opinion, been a longstanding need for a culturally relevant boutique hotel that would give locals and travelers alike the ability to stay in a space that offers more than just your average room and board. The Midwest Hotel located in the crossroads district of down town KC could be just that!
Microhouse
This project was slated to begin in the spring of 2010. It was a collaboration between C&G, El dorado Architecture and private investors. This design/model has been fully developed and features 3 "Micro Houses" that would be (Leed Platinum certified) rental homes. The intent was to create a small simple living space that was affordable and costs very little to operate. This project is currently on hold but most of the infrastructure has been put in place for the future build. For information on this project contact Ryan Gale.
