Commercial
Peruvian Connection
This space was an existing retail store that required some minimal layout changes and wall construction. There was also a need for some material and color changes to warm up the space. We suggested the floor be coated with a pigmented epoxy to give the appearance of stained concrete. Other reclaimed materials were added to help with this aesthetic.
Livery Loft
This building housed the oldest motorcycle shop in the midwest, and was in need of a complete renovation. A stairwell to the second floor was added to allow for a separate tenant space. The treads and risers for this were sourced by us from reclaimed timbers and milled to usable dimension lumber. The result was a beautiful focal point that was in keeping with the period of the building. All of the metal fabrication for the handrail and panels was performed in house at our shop.
G.D.P
Originally a large printing facility nicknamed "the pink albatross" this 17 thousand + square foot building was transformed back into 10 different commercial spaces that house a creative group of tenants. From offices and retail to a recording studio and gallery, this building was rehabbed to suit almost any need.

Birdies Panties
Birdies, a local boutique, expanded into the neighboring retail shop to accommodate the addition of a large changing room and add square footage. This custom doorway was created to bring the two spaces together in a unique fashion.
